Lennon

Bracken

Lennon is an intricate fusion of colour combining different types of yarns sourced from around the globe to create a unique graphic twist on a traditional upholstery fabrication. This fabric is the master of illusions presenting almost monotone from afar but revealing its beautiful eye-catching details upon closer examination. This interplay of colour has been curated by our creative directors to create a truly inspiring combination unique to Jardan. More over the yarn dyed construction crafted from Australian and New Zealand wool strengthened with nylon makes it both versatile and forgiving in both the residential and commercial application.  Whilst the yarns are spun in Italy, New Zealand and India they all use Australian and New Zealand sourced wool fibres that are combined in the weaving process in Auckland New Zealand to create this stunning fabrication. The fabric is then dried using a stenter powered by steam. There are no chemicals added to the fabric to enhance performance or flame retardancy, wool is naturally flame retardant and does not require the use of these toxic chemicals.

Care

Dry Clean Only

In order to prolong the life of your fabric, we recommend you have it protected by Premium Surface Protection (PSP). Please note that fabric protection methods can vary widely in their effectiveness as well as their environmental impact. The methods and products used by PSP are the only ones endorsed by Jardan. The use of an alternative method would void your fabric warranty. Please use the following form to obtain a quote from PSP directly - https://premiumsurfaceprotection.com.au/jardan/

Direct sunlight may cause colour change and aging of your fabric, for best performance we recommend positioning your furniture out of direct UV light and reflected light sunlight. Rotate cushions regularly where possible so fabric shows even wear and light exposure.

Pilling can occur occasionally as a result of normal daily wear and should not be considered as a fault. Fibre pills can be removed by a battery-operated pilling tool available from most haberdashery stores.

Vacuum fabrics on a weekly basis to remove dust, dirt and any loose feathers.  Treat spills and stains as soon as possible by blotting with a lightly damp cloth to remove as much of the spill as possible, do not scrub fabric as this may cause damage, do not treat with non-recommended chemical cleaners or scrub as this can alter the fabrics appearance. To prolong the life of your upholstery and to treat difficult stains, we recommend cleaning by a specialist fabric cleaner. Please contact PSP directly for details of their services using the link above.

Please note that dye transfer can occur when dye is transferred from an outside source on to upholstery fabric. For example: Unwashed new dark coloured denim or raw indigo garments.

Please Note

Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the colours depicted on our website of materials and products accurately reflect the way they appear in person, Jardan advises that there may be variation between these due to a combination of factors including computer monitor, screen settings and lighting as well as a level of true variation in the products themselves. We work with many natural materials as well as handmade artisan products where a level of variation is to be expected and celebrated. It is therefore recommended that you view products in person prior to ordering where possible, or request swatches and additional information from our sales teams.
