Online Shipping Information

Homewares Shipping

Free standard shipping on all Homewares orders over $150*

We now offer Free Shipping on all Homewares orders over $150* within Australia. Please note this does not include bulky items, art, furniture or rugs. Total order excluding freight must be over $150 to qualify for free shipping. The offer is valid on standard domestic shipping within Australia, and does not include express post shipping. For all homewares orders under $150 a flat rate fee of $15 will apply.

*Please note - If your order contains a product currently on pre-order/out-of-stock. You may receive a split shipment. All items that are currently in stock will be shipped and you will receive the second order once the pre-order item becomes available.

Bulky Items
Rugs, Art, Mirrors, and some lighting and homewares products are classified as bulky items. If you are unsure about the item, please contact Jardan for clarification. Bulky items will incur additional freight costs, calculated online and based on weight and size. Shipping charges will be added to your order before at checkout. 

Please contact Jardan for a shipping quote if you would like a Rug or Art shipped to Tasmania. If Rugs or Art are on the same order as Furniture, items will be shipped together. Please note this will incur longer lead times for delivery.  You will only be charged the shipping rate for Furniture. If you are ordering multiple items with varying lead times, your items will be shipped together and the longest lead time will apply. 

International Shipping

We now ship to the US and Canada via our Online Store. Upon entering a valid US or Canadian delivery address, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.  Please note - Freight is quoted door to door via sea freight and is a drop off service only. Please note this freight service does not include unwrap, assembly, placement, rubbish removal, duties, taxes or port related costs. Please be aware we have been experiencing vessel delays given the current climate in the freight industry. Freight transit times quoted are approximations only and are depend on current freight situations. If you live outside of these countries, we can arrange international shipping with an established worldwide distribution team. Please contact our Online Store team and we can arrange a shipping quote for you - onlinestore@jardan.com.au

Homewares Dispatch and Delivery Times

*Please note Christmas and New Year closures that may affect online delivery and dispatch times below.

Dispatch Times
Online Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) orders received during this time will be dispatched within 48hours. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Our team endeavor to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, however slightly longer processing times may occur during holiday or sale periods. A dispatch confirmation email including a tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched. Please note, this does not include made to order furniture, floor stock or bulky items. 

Delivery Times
Our homewares orders are sent via regular post; standard delivery timeframes apply. Standard delivery times for homewares orders are usually 2-5 business days for metropolitan areas from the time of dispatch. All deliveries are made by registered courier and will require a signature, unless you provide authority to leave during checkout. Please note delivery of rugs, art and bulky items will be via our carriers, delivery times for these orders are dependent on location, and item ordered. Christmas and New Year Delivery Times

Online Orders - Christmas and New Year Delivery Timeframes

Our Online team will be taking a well-earned break from the 21st - 27th December and the 30th - 8th January -  All online homewares orders placed between this time will be packed and dispatched upon their return. Our team will dispatch orders as quickly as possible, however slightly longer processing times may occur during the holiday closure period.  A shipping confirmation email including a tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched. Please be aware that carriers are also experiencing longer shipping time frames during this period. For all information on shipping status please refer to your tracking number and relevant courier company who will be able to assist you with any delivery related questions. 






Furniture Shipping

Our furniture is shipped on a tiered-cost basis, and is available to most postcodes within Australia. Shipping rates start from $297.00 for the first 3 cubic metres and are charged at $66 per cubic metre thereafter. 

If your furniture order contains a rug/s or art piece, your items will be shipped together and the longest lead time will apply. You will only be charged the one furniture shipping rate for your order.

We are currently unable to ship furniture to the Northern Territory and Tasmania from our Online Store. For all postcodes that are not catered for in our Online Store, please contact Jardan for a shipping quote.  

If you wish to make a purchase containing Furniture and/or Rugs/Arts and Homewares where the destination postcode is not catered for by our online furniture shipping calculator, please contact Jardan for a shipping quote.

Deliver and Site Access
Please be aware that it is your responsibility to check access to the property. Our standard freight is inclusive of a single delivery at ground floor level, with easy access and no stair carries. Our delivery is a white glove service and this includes all rubbish removed from the site. Should your order require delivery beyond easy access ground floor, it is your responsibility to ensure that access is achievable, please flag with us prior to ordering should you have any concerns and we confirm accurate freight costs and ensure access is achievable prior to proceeding. Please be aware that any additional requirements such as stair carries or a hoist service are outside of our standard delivery terms. These services will incur additional charges incurred by the client. Please note that our current delivery services do not offer balcony or hoist delivery services.

Furniture Dispatch and Delivery Times

Our Furniture and some lighting products are made to order. Lead times do vary through out the year, for current lead-times please contact your local showroom for further details. Once you have placed an order with products on a made to order lead-time you will receive email confirmation of your order and an approximate delivery date. Please note delivery times for these orders are dependent on location, and item/s ordered. Our carrier partners will contact you directly to arrange delivery once your order is ready for dispatch.

Tracking Your Order

A dispatch confirmation email including a tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. You will be provided the tracking number and instructions on how to track your order within this email. Please note our lighting range is also available to ship worldwide, however please note all luminaires are made to suit Australian power points and run on a 220v-240v 50Hz supply only.  Jardan certifies Table and Floor lamps to AS/NZ standard only. If a table/floor lamp is purchased, an appropriate transformer and/or adapter must be used to suit your country.  Non-prescribed articles such as pendants and wall lights are RCM certified and require installation by a qualified electrician.  Due to the nature of integrated LED lighting some pendants/wall lights contain electronic drivers which may not be suitable with other voltages.  Please see individual specification sheets for more information on power and certifications.  Jardan takes no responsibility for any damage to light fittings installed incorrectly. Lost or Damaged Goods

Furniture Orders
Inspection of all furniture and lighting products is required on delivery. Any damage must be noted on the delivery docket presented to you by the carrier for signature. Notification of any damages or shortages is required within 24 hours of delivery. We will not be responsible for any damage unless we are notified within the time period specified. Homewares Orders
If your order is damaged or lost in transit, please contact our onlinestore@jardan.com.au. If your order is damaged we require you to please contact us within 2 working days of receiving your order.
