Felix

Felix is a luxuriously soft boucle fabric that is so inviting with its cosy vibe and welcoming warm softness. The yarns that have been combined to create this stunning texture are made from Australian and New Zealand wool blended with a small amount of acrylic and polyester. This blend creates a more durable fabric paired with wool it is resistant to moisture, soiling, compression and is comfortable in all seasons.  The blended yarn used to weave this fabric also creates the dimensional subtle melange effect you see through this amazing palette dyed to our specifications in New Zealand. The palette was inspired by earthly muted tones that exude warmth and draw in the eye. These colours were chosen to echo the nature of the Australian environment and will inspire collaborations of textures in your home or office.

Care

Dry Clean Only

In order to prolong the life of your fabric, we recommend you have it protected by Premium Surface Protection (PSP). Please note that fabric protection methods can vary widely in their effectiveness as well as their environmental impact. The methods and products used by PSP are the only ones endorsed by Jardan. The use of an alternative method would void your fabric warranty. Please use the following form to obtain a quote from PSP directly - https://premiumsurfaceprotection.com.au/jardan/

Direct sunlight may cause colour change and aging of your fabric, for best performance we recommend positioning your furniture out of direct UV light and reflected light sunlight. Rotate cushions regularly where possible so fabric shows even wear and light exposure.

Pilling can occur occasionally as a result of normal daily wear and should not be considered as a fault. Fibre pills can be removed by a battery-operated pilling tool available from most haberdashery stores.

Vacuum fabrics on a weekly basis to remove dust, dirt and any loose feathers.  Treat spills and stains as soon as possible by blotting with a lightly damp cloth to remove as much of the spill as possible, do not scrub fabric as this may cause damage, do not treat with non-recommended chemical cleaners or scrub as this can alter the fabrics appearance. To prolong the life of your upholstery and to treat difficult stains, we recommend cleaning by a specialist fabric cleaner. Please contact PSP directly for details of their services using the link above.

Please note that dye transfer can occur when dye is transferred from an outside source on to upholstery fabric. For example: Unwashed new dark coloured denim or raw indigo garments.

Please Note

Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the colours depicted on our website of materials and products accurately reflect the way they appear in person, Jardan advises that there may be variation between these due to a combination of factors including computer monitor, screen settings and lighting as well as a level of true variation in the products themselves. We work with many natural materials as well as handmade artisan products where a level of variation is to be expected and celebrated. It is therefore recommended that you view products in person prior to ordering where possible, or request swatches and additional information from our sales teams.
