Clover Wool

Fennel Pollen

Timeless and classic our Clover Wool is a gorgeous Italian made wool that features a textural slub, that adds both interest and depth to the weave. Woven by our partners in Italy this mill is strictly complaint with REACH regulations. The Wool composition gives this fabric a natural flame retardancy and resistance to moisture, soiling and compression, paired with the natural breathability of wool makes it a great choice for all climates. This fabrication holds bold colour well and gives your piece a depth and richness to be envied. For this reason, we offer Clover Wool in a bold colour range with pops of colour and also more subdued tones.

Composition: 93% wool, 7% nylon

Width: 140cm

GSM: 650

Pilling: 3-4

Martindale: 35,000

Light Fastness: 4-5

Styling Notes

- Medium textured weave with woollen threads with varying thickness, to create neat, subtle texture with consistent colour.

- Surface fuzz may appear like any wool, however due to the fibres construction these are likely to reseed back into the fabric with time.

- Suitable on all Jardan product, upholsters well on curves but does require general wool care over time.

- Well suited to armchairs, sofas, ottomans and beds and can be used for dining chairs.

Care

Dry Clean Only

In order to prolong the life of your fabric, we recommend you have it protected by Premium Surface Protection (PSP). Please note that fabric protection methods can vary widely in their effectiveness as well as their environmental impact. The methods and products used by PSP are the only ones endorsed by Jardan. The use of an alternative method would void your fabric warranty. Please use the following form to obtain a quote from PSP directly - https://premiumsurfaceprotection.com.au/jardan/

Direct sunlight may cause colour change and aging of your fabric, for best performance we recommend positioning your furniture out of direct UV light and reflected light sunlight. Rotate cushions regularly where possible so fabric shows even wear and light exposure.

Pilling can occur occasionally as a result of normal daily wear and should not be considered as a fault. Fibre pills can be removed by a battery-operated pilling tool available from most haberdashery stores.

Vacuum fabrics on a weekly basis to remove dust, dirt and any loose feathers.  Treat spills and stains as soon as possible by blotting with a lightly damp cloth to remove as much of the spill as possible, do not scrub fabric as this may cause damage, do not treat with non-recommended chemical cleaners or scrub as this can alter the fabrics appearance. To prolong the life of your upholstery and to treat difficult stains, we recommend cleaning by a specialist fabric cleaner. Please contact PSP directly for details of their services using the link above.

Please note that dye transfer can occur when dye is transferred from an outside source on to upholstery fabric. For example: Unwashed new dark coloured denim or raw indigo garments.

Please Note

Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the colours depicted on our website of materials and products accurately reflect the way they appear in person, Jardan advises that there may be variation between these due to a combination of factors including computer monitor, screen settings and lighting as well as a level of true variation in the products themselves. We work with many natural materials as well as handmade artisan products where a level of variation is to be expected and celebrated. It is therefore recommended that you view products in person prior to ordering where possible, or request swatches and additional information from our sales teams.
