Despatch and Wrapping Team Members | Melbourne

In operation since 1987, every Jardan piece is designed, crafted and assembled at our Production site in Melbourne, retaining skills whilst focusing on a premium made to order process bound by sustainability and quality.  

What we are looking for :

We are seeking full time Despatch and Wrapping Team Members to join our team in Scoresby.  The hours of work for this role are Monday to Thursday 6.30am to 3.00pm and Friday 6.30am to 12.30pm. This role has the potential to work additional overtime hours in the afternoon and in the lead up to the Christmas period.  

Reporting to the Leading Hands, the key responsibilities include: 

- Wrapping and boxing furniture pieces

- Working from paper-based picking slip 

- Lifting heavy pieces of furniture  

- Required to have a high level of attention to detail and care of high-end products

- Able to use and access work and files on a computer 

 What we are looking for : 

- Experience in a pick packing or despatch role is an advantage

- The capability to move and lift pieces of furniture 

- A passion for sustainability and a belief in our values

What we provide :  

- Convenient suburban work location in Scoresby

- 12.30pm finish on Fridays

- Above award rates of pay

- Overtime hours paid at award overtime rates of pay
